FAST START STEPS

LET'S TAKE A LOOK AT A "FAST START" APPROACH TO GETTING YOU STARTED

In life, there are trials and tribulations that may prevent us from moving forward.   When a big storm comes along, we all look for that helping hand.  We want to assure you that you are never alone throughout the process.  Think of it as a “VIP Concierge” model. Before you even begin to apply therapy to your first patient,  in order to ensure a successful start, together we will identify areas of immediate need. Our success comes from your success.
 
So now that you’ve decided to jump in the pool with us and you’ve identified the participating members from your the team,  here are the next steps to get you off to a fast start:

STEP 1

Schedule a time with your personalized Marketing Director,   (a  VIP Team Member of RHSS)  who will help you get coordinated with RHSS to initiate your education and to set up your marketing system.

STEP 2

Let's identify any areas of your business that might need a little tweaking in order to provide the best possible results.  For example, you will need a website if you don’t already have one.  This will serve as a platform for your existing patients and new ones to identify you with. You will be announcing your upcoming events, placing testimonial videos and to build your credibility within your community.

If you already have a website, great, we’ll need to discuss how you will accommodate adjustments along the way.  

STEP 3

Make a list of the top 20 people that you know would benefit from this therapy.  If you can get more than 20 ,  all the better.

STEP 4

Keep an eye for any chronic or repetitive pain that your new patients come in with.  This should be identified and prioritized for review for regenerative tissue/stem cell therapy.

STEP 5

Customize your announcement and send it out via email, text (do you have a text service to message patients?  If not let’s discuss that), and snail mail to your active and inactive patients.  We’ll provide  templates to assist you.

STEP 6

Do you have other services that bring patients into your practice, are there opportunities to cross-sell regenerative tissue/stem cell therapy?  Let’s discuss this.

Let's take a look at your Social Media platforms or let's get started  setting up your Social Media

STEP 8

Start thinking about additional marketing ideas/ strategies to increase your patient response.  Leverage the service of your VIP Marketing Director to help you coordinate your ideas.

Identify and plan needed training  for Patient Consults.
