HIGH STANDARD CLIENT SERVICES

VIP CLEINT SERVICE OVERVIEW

 INTRODUCTION

We begin with establishing an introduction to the company and to the team who will be servicing the client from onboarding to supporting activities and marketing endeavors throughout this long term relationship.   We see this as a partnership. If our client does not succeed, we don’t succeed.  For a potential client to qualify, we generally expect them to be in business 2 or more years and have a database of at least 2,000 or more unique patients. While exceptions are made on a case by case basis, we have found that a well-qualified client has a greater chance of success with this program.

 INTRODUCTORY PERIOD

Step 1:
Once we have qualified and established first contact with the client a meeting is set in order to invite further exploration.  Information is exchanged and questions are answered.  We invite the prospective client to visit our website platform for ease and convenience to view our introductory video for the purpose of generating their questions.

Once we have established a general understanding, we move on to the due diligence phase.

Step 2:
Due diligence period:   This includes, calls with key people at the corporate level, speaking with the industry experts including lab representatives, accessing testimonials etc.  (depending on the in-depth due diligence we may require an NCND to be signed)

Step 3:
Once we have reached a comfort level and agreements have all been signed along with the applied training fee (which is reimbursed after the 10th cc) we move onto the preliminary set up phase.

SETTING UP AND ESTABLISHING/ IDENTIFYING A MEDICAL TEAM

Step 4:
We now need to identify the client’s medical team. The person who will actually administer the injection, the patient- consult support staff, etc.   In some cases, the group may need a nurse practitioner to add to the team. If this is the case, at no charge, we will present candidates for the client to select and to interview.

Although our corporate office does supply personnel, this option is considered a last resort. A nurse practitioner will be flown in for the day when and if required.   We recommend that this is not the best option for our clients. What we look for is more than a person who will provide injections, we take the time to search and present candidates who  (a) are local to the city/county to which they will be working, (b) are outgoing type of people who are willing and capable to speak in public, (c) are personable, able to engage with patients (d) are willing to be a team player, will engage and attend events along with the client to increase patient flow and promote,  and finally, (e) are able to effectively, efficiently and professionally carry on the duties of the position.  It is highly important to us that the candidate who is selected carries a strong ethical principle and fits the culture of the establishment and the team he/ she will be working with.

Once RBS has identified a potential candidate, this person is screened by our corporate medical department and given the green light before he/she is presented to the client for an official interview.

Once we have identified the ideal candidate, off to training he/ she will go unless he/she has previously been trained through our Corporate office.  A refresher may be considered if the client and Nurse Practitioner (NP) deems so.

Anyone who will be injecting who is already part of the everyday team of the establishment will be required to have a light screening process with the corporate medical department to ensure compliance and abilities before attending training in Indiana.

Our corporate office handles all paperwork, payroll, insurance procedures etc, relieving the business owner of these extra responsibilities.

Special note:  Some States offer their NPs autonomy while others will require that an NP work with a Medical Doctor for the purpose of medical oversite.   The collaborative agreement and State licensed physician is provided in order to relieve the client from this responsibility.

EXPLORING AND PRE - MARKETING PLANNING

Step 5:
At this point, it’s important to engage and establish a strong relationship with the “Front line Marketing/ Administrative team  - “RBS”

The team’s Marketing Director will immediately establish a one-on- one session with the client (and key players) to explore and design a proposed marketing plan.  It all starts with brainstorming, discovery, and analysis.   Once this is completed a proposal is presented. Once accepted, we now have a plan of action.

It is important to note that the proposal is customized specifically for the client while considering points such as their geographic location, demographics and venue access.

There is no one size fit all.   No cookie-cutter mentality.  This program is built to suit allowing creativity, outsourcing and opportunities for business expansion.

Activities and marketing strategies are laid out clearly and ready to launch.  Specific dates have been identified by the client for various activities.     Our overall program aims to be non-disruptive; it is designed to fit the objectives of the client honoring their communication and direction while respecting their valued time.

We plan events, establish speaking engagements, create business referral partnerships, offer guidance on approved language to be used on print material, consult on direct marketing techniques, assist in distribution, and offer resources for printing …. All that is necessary to help the business attract new patients wanting to learn and receive stem cell therapy.  It is advised that a budget is set aside for these self-directed activities in order to boost and generate a high level of potential patients.   For a 60 to 90 day period, we are “hand-holding” the client.  The Marketing Director/representative will attend first events to ensure a strong start and provide support while overseeing smoothness and ease throughout the process. Once the client and his/her team have a good grasp of the program and are comfortable to continue carrying out their plan of action on their own, the RBS team will allow the client and his/her team to further develop their unique style and program while offering more independence at this stage.

The client always has access to us, “ the RBS team.”  The team will frequently “check-in” to ensure all is flowing well and to reassure the client that they are never alone as we are here to continuously provide support when or if needed along the way.

“Check-ins” are done more frequently within the first 12 months. This is especially done in order to constantly re-evaluate progress and to identify consistency with regards to compliance under the guidance of the FDA. If there are any slow-downs or major discrepancies in the revenue stream along the way, we will immediately assist by identifying the potential issue(s) and address them accordingly alongside of the client in order to resume a healthy and steady cash flow.  Customer Service is highly important to us and we want to make sure we are working together towards success.

Step 6:
It is now time to introduce the client to key corporate people of whom they will be working with directly.   ie: our consultation manager/ trainer.   This person will be playing a strong role both remotely and in-person during the live training session.  An introduction is made to establish rapport and to allow the exchange of information.   Materials are shared so that corporate can begin to get to work on the marketing plan on their side.

ATTENDING TRAINING AT OUT INDIANA BASED CORPORATE OFFICE

Step 7:
Training takes place over a 1 ½ day period.   Business owners will learn various aspects of the regenerative medicine business, This includes legal, marketing, office staging, introductions to key personnel, education, resource access, and lab introductions etc.    It also allows for an opportunity for the client to get to know the corporate team on a personal level.   We believe that it’s important to meet face to face while establishing and developing this partnership. Future communications may be entertained via video conferencing/phone or email exchange. This is an opportunity to learn what RHSS is all about, who is management and who are the important people they will be establishing a long term relationship with.  Trust and transparency are everything and it starts day one.

There is a whole system available to the client.   We can handle almost anything from marketing to accessing and acquiring potential patients to reaching out and setting up consultations while even walking patients through the financing process.   This can all be done from our corporate office leaving behind headaches that the client might have had.  Much of the support is an option for the client.  Clients may choose to handle some of the responsibilities on their own while taking advantage of the training offered.  The RBS Team will offer recommendations at this stage and advise accordingly for the best possible outcome.

Much will be learned at this time however, materials and access to resources will always be available.

IT BEINGS...

Step 8:

The client’s current patient base are notified through email blasts, phone, and texting system notifying them of future events and /or consultation opportunities.   This “kick-start” strategy invites potential referrals and encourages word of mouth advertising.  This is why a strong current client base is so important.

It has been proven that anywhere from 3 to 5% of the client’s current patient base actively participates in stem cell therapy.  In some cases, 10%.  We begin there and build on top using various marketing strategies previously noted.

FEES / COSTS / PAYMENTS

No outrageous upfront fees are required.

What is only required are the following:

-    $1,500  (for 2 attendees) training fees – (add $200 for a third attendee) reimbursed by corporate once the client has completed their 10th cc.

-    Flight, hotel, meals, transportation  (lunch and dinner are included on the first day of training).

-    No upfront expenses for materials, product, medical team etc. All of these requirements are all paid for on the back end, once the last cc has been administered on the last day of the month.  Expenses are then deducted, leaving behind a net revenue that is applied toward the profit-sharing model.

MARKETING

At the local level, we will identify local venues to conduct luncheons/ seminars/ dinner presentations

We will also identify local residential areas to canvas or send out direct marketing materials.
